This report is the result of an onsite Medicare Recertification survey that was conducted on May 8, 9, and 10, 2019, and completed offsite on August 29, 2019, at Temple University Hospital - Transplant. It was determined the facility was in compliance with Part 482 - Conditions of Participation For Hospital - Subpart E - Requirements for Specialty Hospital - 482.68 Special requirements for transplant centers.
